Green pins are existing issues — tap one to see details and add your voice. Pin colours change with severity: blue = 20+ reports, orange (pulsing) = 40+, red (pulsing) = 60+. Tap the stats bar at the bottom to see a full list of all reported issues.

Tap a green pin, then hit "Me too — add my voice". You can also add photos as evidence and leave comments. Every report increases the pressure on the council to act.

Tap an empty area on the map and an orange pin appears — tap "Report issue here" to open the report form. Or use the "+ Report" button at the top. Pick a category, describe the issue, use the search box or GPS to set the location, and add a photo if you can — photos strengthen the case.

You can add up to 3 photos per issue — either when reporting or from the issue detail view. Photos are resized automatically. Please allow a few seconds for the upload to complete — it's worth the wait as photo evidence makes a real difference.

When you open any issue, you'll see a "Share" button. Post issues to local community groups — the more people who report, the harder it is for anyone to ignore.

Use the category bar to filter by issue type — ponds, paths, litter, potholes, dog poo, vandals, noise and more. Tap the 🔍 icon to search for issues or places by name. Tap the stats bar at the bottom for a full list of all issues sorted by report count.

If the map doesn't load or you see an error, wait 10 seconds and reload the page. The app runs on community servers and occasionally needs a moment to wake up.
